Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Commissioning Operations Manager to lead the successful opening and operational delivery of our client’s new care homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving excellence in care, filling occupancy, and establishing a strong local market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional Registration: RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with active NMC registration.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in a care home or healthcare operations setting.
- Commissioning Background: Strong background in opening new services or turning around underperforming facilities.
- Financial Acumen: Excellent knowledge of budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of care sector regulations and industry standards.
- Team Management: Skilled in staff leadership, motivation, and team development.
- Communication Skills: Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Care Quality Focus: Passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing lives.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
- Care Delivery Oversight: Lead the commissioning and day-to-day operations of newly opened care homes.
- Quality of Care: Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care to all residents.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
