Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including assessments, medication management, and care planning
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive holistic, tailored care
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold compliance standards
• Ensure safe practices through infection control and health & safety protocols
• Liaise with GPs, pharmacists, and external healthcare professionals
