Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Toddler & Pre-School Rooms
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a friendly and well-established nursery, is looking for a caring and committed Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both the toddler and pre-school rooms, supporting children aged 18 months to 5 years as they explore, learn, and grow. The nursery prides itself on its inclusive values, supportive team environment, and dedication to high-quality early years education.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging activities and provide warm, attentive care to children across the toddler and pre-school age groups. What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).
- A willingness to work across both toddler and pre-school rooms.
- A caring, responsible approach and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Basic knowledge of the EYFS and a commitment to providing quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering a range of age-appropriate, stimulating activities.
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team.
- Contribute to observations and records to track children’s progress and support individual needs.
