  • Previous experience as a nursery practitioner in a professional setting
  • Knowledge of child development and strong familiarity with the EYFS
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
  • A nurturing, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary – up to £26,000
  • Discounted childcare for your own family
  • Pension scheme to support your long-term goals
  • Team events that celebrate your contribution
  • Regular training and development to support your growth as a nursery practitioner
  • A warm, collaborative team where your ideas are heard and valued

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS as a skilled nursery practitioner
  • Plan, observe, and reflect on learning experiences that support each child’s unique development
  • Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Promote inclusive practices and contribute to a positive, respectful culture within the setting
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, in-house training, and collaborative planning

Whether you're an experienced nursery practitioner seeking a new challenge or a Level 3 qualified professional ready to grow in a caring, forward-thinking setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
