Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Hourly Rate: £13

43.5 hours per week, all year round

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join client’s Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education for young children, contributing to their development and well-being.

As a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will spend your days engaging and interacting with children, creating stimulating and educational activities, and supporting their well-being and development. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure a positive and inclusive environment, while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner
• Strong understanding of child development and early years education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with children in a nurturing and supportive manner
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's learning and development
• Implement daily routines and assist with meal times, ensuring the well-being of each child
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive environment
• Monitor and record children's progress and behaviour, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Uphold and promote health and safety standards within the nursery setting
