Staff Nurse – Day Shifts
Hourly Rate: £23.50 plus incentives
Hours: Part-Time - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2 days a week (including some weekends)

This beautiful nursing home is located in a picturesque village just outside Sleaford. Recently redecorated, the home retains its warm and inviting character while offering modern, comfortable living spaces. The service provides high-quality personal care, nursing, and dementia support, ensuring residents receive the best possible care in a welcoming environment.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification – Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Experience – Minimum of one year in a nursing home setting.
  • Knowledge – Experience in writing and implementing person-centred care plans.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Sleaford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality nursing care.
  • Support and guide care staff to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.
  • Administer medication safely and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and choice at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date nursing care plans and ensure effective documentation of residents’ wellbeing.
  • Ensure compliance with all mandatory training and participate in additional training as required.
  • Contribute to the management of the care team, ensuring that action plans are completed and care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
