Staff Nurse – Day Shifts
Hourly Rate: £23.50 plus incentives
Hours: Part-Time - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2 days a week (including some weekends)

What We’re Looking For
- Qualification – Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience – Minimum of one year in a nursing home setting.
- Knowledge – Experience in writing and implementing person-centred care plans.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Sleaford.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality nursing care.
- Support and guide care staff to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.
- Administer medication safely and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and choice at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date nursing care plans and ensure effective documentation of residents’ wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory training and participate in additional training as required.
- Contribute to the management of the care team, ensuring that action plans are completed and care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
