Your Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be integral to ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care:

• Deliver Outstanding Care: Provide person-centred nursing care to residents during the day shift.
• Monitor Health: Administer medications, treatments, and assess residents’ health needs, ensuring timely interventions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the care team to create and implement individualised care plans.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
• Build Relationships: Offer compassionate support to residents and their families.
