Key Responsibilities

• Patient-Centred Care – Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Medication Management – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Health Monitoring – Observe and monitor patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Family & Patient Support – Provide guidance and education to residents and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to best practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
