Day Shifts, Full-Time | £21 per hour

Our client, a well-established nursing home specialising in mental health and complex care, is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their compassionate team. Set in stunning gardens, this service fosters independence and a high quality of life for its residents.

As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with a range of complex needs. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Passion for delivering outstanding care in a mental health and complex care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and proactive approach to nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
• Administer medication and manage care plans effectively
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues
• Promote best practices in safeguarding and infection control
• Offer guidance and mentorship to care staff, ensuring a high standard of care
