Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN

Night Shifts | £23 per hour | 44 Hours per Week

Our client is proud to offer a rare opportunity to join a dedicated team within a beautifully designed, purpose-built nursing home that provides high-quality care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. This service offers a home-from-home experience in a luxury setting, where compassion, dignity, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything they do.

 

They are now looking for an experienced and skilled Staff Nurse to work night shifts on a full-time basis (44 hours per week). This is a chance to make a meaningful difference while developing professionally in a supportive and enriching environment.

 

As a Staff Nurse working nights, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with nursing same needs, including dementia. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values every member's contribution and is committed to maintaining a warm, respectful atmosphere for both residents and staff.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Post-registration experience in a nursing home or older adults’ setting is essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care throughout the night
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work closely with care teams to ensure residents’ individual needs are met
  • Act as a point of contact for families and external professionals during night hours
  • Promote a calm, comforting environment, supporting residents with empathy and professionalism
