Our client is a well-established nursing home providing residential and nursing care for older people and individuals living with dementia. Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team on day shifts. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification with a valid NMC pin

• Experience in elderly care or dementia care is desirable but not essential

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent nursing care, ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being

• Administering medications and treatments in line with care plans

• Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and symptoms

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and review care plans

• Providing guidance and support to residents and their families

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
