We are looking for an experienced and proactive Deputy Home Manager to join our client’s residential care home in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager in an elderly care setting to take on a vital leadership role. You will support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the home operates smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a residential or nursing care setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (with willingness to progress to Level 4 or 5).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Business acumen to support occupancy growth and effective cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Commitment to maintaining a high-quality, inclusive, and person-centred care environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home.
- Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Manage rota planning, recruitment, and staff induction to maintain an effective workforce.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best care practices.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Support staff training and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
