Registered Home Manager – Residential Care
Salary: Up to £52,500
40 hours per week
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential care facility. If you hold an Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) and bring a solid background in care leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or equivalent
- Proven experience in a care management role, preferably within a residential setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care

Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility
- Ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents
- Overseeing staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, their families, and the community
- Monitoring and managing the budget and financial aspects of the facility
