Nursery Manager

Salary: From £40,000

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their Nursery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children and will be responsible for the overall management and development of the nursery.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent early years qualification).
• Experience: Proven leadership experience within an early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Curriculum Development: Design and implement educational programs that support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of educators, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, encourage their involvement, and provide regular updates on children's progress.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and nursery policies.
