Nursery Manager – Up to £35,000 | 40 Hours

Our client, a warm and welcoming early years setting, is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their team in providing exceptional care and learning for young children. What You’ll Need

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities
• Confident leadership skills and a passion for team development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of nursery operations, from staffing to safeguarding
• Ensure the highest standards of early years education and care across the setting
• Support, inspire and develop the nursery team through ongoing coaching and training
• Build strong relationships with families and act as the main point of contact
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and enriching environment for both children and staff
