This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager with a strong track record in early years leadership to make a meaningful impact. The role involves overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A key focus will be ensuring the nursery upholds its excellent reputation and maintains positive Ofsted ratings.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a proven track record of strong Ofsted ratings.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (higher qualifications preferred).
- Passion for Montessori education and child-led learning approaches.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a child-centred approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional early years education.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements, maintaining high Ofsted standards.
- Develop and implement a Montessori-aligned curriculum that supports holistic child development.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, fostering an inclusive and engaging community.
- Manage the nursery’s daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and health & safety.
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe and valued.
