Our client’s welcoming nursery offers a nurturing, play-based environment for children aged 0–5 years and is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their passionate team.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and a strong understanding of safeguarding practices
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to caring for young children

Your Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
• Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children to thrive
• Act as a Key Person for a group of children, observing and documenting their development
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's day and progress
• Work collaboratively with the team to support the smooth daily running of the room
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming learning space
