Our client, a highly regarded provider of care for older adults, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a beautiful, purpose-built service offering nursing, residential, and palliative care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate leader to shape and inspire a team delivering exceptional care in a supportive and modern environment.

 

As the Nursing Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the service—driving quality, nurturing a positive culture, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care. With full autonomy and the backing of an experienced support team, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the home while making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
  • A passion for person-centred care and team development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance in line with CQC standards
  • Oversee operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Promote a warm, inclusive environment where dignity and individuality are at the forefront
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and staff development strategies
