Our client, a highly regarded provider of care for older adults, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a beautiful, purpose-built service offering nursing, residential, and palliative care. As the Nursing Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the service—driving quality, nurturing a positive culture, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care. With full autonomy and the backing of an experienced support team, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the home while making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
- A passion for person-centred care and team development
