£46,000–£52,000
Our client, a well-respected and person-centred neurorehabilitation service, is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting individuals living with acquired brain injuries.

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing therapy to residents facing complex communication and swallowing challenges following brain injury. You’ll work independently to assess, plan and deliver tailored interventions, problem-solve collaboratively with residents and their support networks, and offer expert training to care teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Dysphagia competencies (assessment and management)
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in managing complex clinical cases, ideally in neurorehabilitation or a similar setting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamworking skills
- A compassionate and resilient approach to supporting individuals with brain injuries

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed assessments and deliver person-centred interventions
- Manage a caseload of residents with a wide range of speech, language, and swallowing needs
- Work closely with families, carers and staff to support holistic recovery and communication goals
- Provide training and guidance to care teams to support consistent approaches
- Contribute to MDT meetings and service development initiatives
- Promote best practices in communication and dysphagia management
