Team Leader – Day Shifts
£15 per hour | 3–4 shifts per week

Our client, a warm and welcoming nursing home set within several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, is currently seeking a Team Leader to support day-to-day care delivery for older adults living with residential and dementia needs.

The Team Leader will play a key part in guiding care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout the day. You will support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing while promoting independence and choice. As a leader on shift, you’ll act as a role model and provide supervision and guidance to your team.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or above
- Confidence in leading a team and making informed care decisions
- A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
- Commitment to supporting older adults, including those living with dementia
