Our client is proud to offer outstanding care in a beautiful residential and nursing home that has earned a CQC rating of “Good.” They are now seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to support the delivery of exceptional care and contribute to the continued success of this highly respected service.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, ideal for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager who holds an active NMC pin and has a strong background in older adult care. With a competitive salary of up to £53,000 per annum (depending on experience), this role offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing, luxurious setting where staff and residents are equally valued.
Working alongside a passionate team, the Deputy Nurse Manager will support the Home Manager in overseeing clinical care and staff management, helping to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained every day.
What You’ll Need
A nursing qualification and a current NMC pin (essential)
Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a similar setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
The ability to remain calm, organised, and empathetic in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the service
Lead and inspire a team of care and nursing staff
Oversee clinical practices, care plans, and medication administration
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding protocols
Play an active role in staff development, supervision, and performance reviews
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and colleagues
Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
