What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (essential)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for home visits)
- Previous experience in a care role
- A kind, patient, and respectful nature
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with tasks such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to service users
- Promote independence and respect the individual choices of each person
- Work closely with families, team members, and managers to ensure consistent, person-centred care
