As Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of the service—leading by example, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting a team that’s passionate about helping children thrive. You’ll bring both your leadership skills and early years expertise to drive a nurturing and inclusive culture where every child and staff member feels seen and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years

- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- A people-first approach with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture
- A commitment to inclusive practice and child-centred care

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of early years professionals
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
