- Registered Nurse Qualification & Valid UK NMC Pin – Essential for leading clinical care.
- Proven Experience Managing Large Nursing Homes – Strong leadership Nursing Home settings.
- CQC & Compliance Expertise – Experience in leading inspections and driving quality improvements.
- Business & Financial Acumen – Skilled in budget management, occupancy growth, and financial planning.
- Safeguarding & Risk Management – Ensuring resident safety, quality assurance, and incident resolution.
- Team Leadership & Development – Ability to recruit, train, and retain a skilled and motivated care team.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building – Confident in engaging with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
