Night Healthcare Assistant – £12.60 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time
Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care | Dementia, Residential & Nursing Care

As a Night Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of a warm, welcoming care team, providing respectful and high-quality support to residents through the night. From assisting with personal care and mobility to offering companionship and reassurance, your role will help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valued at all times.
What They’re Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a care setting (residential, dementia or nursing care)
- A caring, patient, and professional approach to supporting others
- Ability to work night shifts (part-time or full-time)
- A good communicator who works well in a team
- Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to residents during night shifts
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and continence care
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes to senior staff
- Ensure a calm, peaceful environment for a restful night
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
- Support residents living with dementia with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with nursing staff and colleagues to deliver excellent care
