Senior Healthcare Assistant – £13.75 per hour | Full-Time Night Shifts
Level 3 Health & Social Care | Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care | No Tier 2 Sponsorship
Our client is for an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the team at their modern, purpose-built care home offering residential, nursing, and dementia care.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the care leadership team, supporting the delivery of exceptional care and helping to guide and mentor junior team members.
What the Service is Looking For
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a care role, including senior responsibilities
- Confident team leadership and mentoring skills
- A person-centred, respectful approach to care
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work full-time on night shifts
- Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal and emotional care with professionalism and compassion
- Support the daily coordination of the care team and delegate appropriately
- Mentor and guide junior staff and new team members
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
- Build trusted relationships with residents and their families
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Assist with audits, reviews, and daily care management tasks
